Digital Disruption in Professional Services – Round Tables

As part of our ongoing research project into digital disruption in professional services, we are holding three round table sessions in Melbourne, Sydney and virtually.

The dates for each round table are as follows:

  • Melbourne (CBD) – Tuesday 28th April 3pm-5pm
  • Sydney (Surry Hills) – Thursday 7th May, 10am-12pm to be rescheduled
  • Virtual – Thursday 14th May, 1pm-3pm to be rescheduled

The agenda for the round table sessions are:

  1. Overview of the project and findings to date
  2. Structured discussion related to the future of work in professional services
  3. Co-create empathy maps*

*What is an empathy map? An empathy map is a simple, visual and effective tool for discovering insights about audiences, including users, customers, and other players in any business ecosystem. The intention is that the empathy maps we develop during the round tables will be an input into more detailed personas.
