This is our re-scheduled Sydney round table, which is part of our ongoing research project into digital disruption in professional services.

When

  • Tuesday 15th September, 2015
  • 3pm-5pm

Agenda

The agenda for the round table sessions are:

  1. Overview of the project and findings to date
  2. Structured discussion related to the future of work in professional services
  3. Co-create empathy maps*

*What is an empathy map? An empathy map is a simple, visual and effective tool for discovering insights about audiences, including users, customers, and other players in any business ecosystem. The intention is that the empathy maps we develop during the round tables will be an input into more detailed personas.
