Groups new to the potential business use of social media. Sessions can be tailored to specific business context or industry.

Headstart Workshop

Duration: 1 day session

Includes the 1/2 day Ripple Effect Essentials and extends to focus on design and planning your strategy, developing a roadmap for engagement with social media.
Recommended for:
Groups wanting to examine opportunities and develop next steps.

Social Innovation Lab

Duration: 1 day or 2 x 1/2 day sessions
About: 
This popular approach uses a combination of visual thinking activities and user-centred design techniques to drive the agenda, providing a “hands on” method to design opportunities for using social media in your organisation.
Recommended for:
Groups needing to explore opportunities, in particular innovation in service deliver or other engagement environments.

Executive Mentoring Program

Duration: 12 weeks – 1 hour per week
