If you haven’t participated in a fishbowl event before, the organisers describe it as “… peer to peer dialogue where the audience contributes to the conversation by asking questions, presenting opinions, and sharing experiences with the panel. The panel invite the audience to join them where the conversation becomes a meaningful and personalised experience.”

The format is lively, full of debate and audience participation. The topic: How to lead a learning organisation, will raise some challenging issues about the future digital workplace, new ways or working and learning, and the role of learning and development.
