Ripple Effect Group are embarking on a research project into the state of digital disruption in the business and professional services sector within Australia. This sector has been identified as one being the most at-risk in the face of digital disruption – we want to find out for ourselves if this is in fact the case and what it means for industry.
The scope of our research will include firms providing legal, accounting, business consulting, architectural and engineering services. Our focus is understanding the perceptions of people working within these sectors on the current and near-future impact of digital technologies, such as social media, mobile computing, cloud computing and automation.
This project will form the basis of a new research paper and all participants in the research will receive a copy of our final report. Participants will also have the chance to help shape the format and outcomes of the research and report.
How can you participate?
