Headshift Australasia is expanding and recruiting Social Business Consultants.

We are seeking entrepreneurial and enthusiastic self-starters who will help deliver Social Business Design services to clients.

Social Business Consultant/Analyst
Consultants work as part of project teams and take responsibility for assisting with client engagements, consult with clients on strategy, process, culture, and technology. They are responsible for managing research requests, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, conducting interviews, and helping form recommendations. Consultants create project related deliverables and should be able to present their work to client executives. They also assist with elements of project management and delivery as necessary.

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Experience of research and analysis – how to collect data and access a wide range of resources
  • Experience in a consulting capacity is highly desirable
  • Must have high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for and demonstrated experience with social software
  • Excellent communication skills – both in written and presentation formats
  • Some travel may be required on an interstate basis

Salary range: A$40 – A$55k.

Social Business Senior Consultant
You
will take responsibility for developing new business and directing client engagements including structuring work approach and scope, project management, and delivery.
Senior Consultants direct project teams that consult with clients on strategy, process, culture, and technology. They are responsible for directing the efforts of consultants including research, analysis, satisfaction and implement strategic recommendations.

  • Masters degree required
  • Five to eight years of work experience in a management consulting capacity
  • Deep expertise in vertical and/or functional subject matter
  • Client-side experience highly desirable
  • Passion for and demonstrated experience with social software
  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism
  • Must be able to operate seamlessly within a client environment while managing project teams
  • Must have high attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral – are critical
  • Positive attitude essential
  • Potential for business travel required
