The 5th annual Disrupt Sydney conference, the first and oldest of its kind, returns with another thought provoking program. Designed to challenge our ways of thinking, provoke dialogues and this year – imagine the future for business and society, what implications emerging technologies bring and how organisations can cope with and be managed in such environments.
The program highlights this year include:
- #meetmike – The Australia launch of ‘Digital Mike‘ a real-time rendered photo-realistic avatar that promises to redefine the future of VR (as featured on ABC Catalyst recently);
- Jeongmin Seon (McKinsey Global Institute) talks about the stunning pace of digital in China
- DDRG partners Capgemini give a talk on innovation centres and facilitate a cracking workshop on the role of science fiction in imagining the future.
And our team, as partners and founding members of the Digital Disruption Research Group, will conduct a workshop on the importance of including people in how we imagine the future with technology: The NEW Digital Disruption: Where people matter more than technology.
