The Enterprise Collaboration Tech Fest, this year co-located with the Customer Experience Tech Fest, will be held in Melbourne on June 19-20. Ripple Effect Group have supported this event since 2015, working with The Eventful Group to facilitate research that informs program development, and presenting and chairing at the event in 2016. We will be presenting and chairing again in 2017, where I will present on Designing for Interaction and host a panel on Digital Leadership.

Across the two events there are some terrific speakers and fantastic sessions lined up, including keynotes from Dion Hinchcliffe, Dave Roberts and Bruce Temkin, and presentations from Rita Zonius of ANZ, Karina Keisler of nbn, and George Samuels of IRESS presenting on the Collaboration side, and David Gram of LEGO, Daniel Flynn of Thankyou, and Niki Buschkuehl of iSelect on the Customer Experience side.

We’re looking forward to hearing this year’s case studies on collaboration from local – and global – organisations working to improve and increase collaboration within their businesses. Tickets include access to both conferences, offering a unique proposition in the conference market. You can follow the event on Twitter @eventfulgroup & @cxtechfest (and I’m assuming this year’s hashtag will follow last year’s: #ECTF17 & #CXTF17).

Be sure to say hi if you’re attending the event!
