Atlassian have now posted a recording of my Kick-Ass Collaboration Everywhere presentation at the Atlassian Summit:
While this presentation focused on Confluence in particular, its worth watching if you are interested in applying a user-centred design approach to implementing any kind of social business platforms or social intranet.
The Head, Heart and Hand exercise was based on this activity, from the Gamestorming book. You can also read about creating personas (they call them an ‘Empathy Map’).
The presentation slides are also available and there are more videos available from the Summit.
