The Headshift Australasia team are delighted to announce that two of their recent projects have been acknowledged in the LearnX Asia Pacific 2010 eLearning and Training Awards.
MentorNet – the project developed in 2007 for the Australian Businesswomen’s Network to provide business education, mentoring, and social networing for women entrepreneurs, has won Best Coaching/Mentor Training Program!
Congratulations to the Australian Businesswomen’s Network, the program, now in it’s 3rd year, is testimonial to the great level of commitment that Suzi Dafnis and the ABN team have committed to making this program a deserving winner.
The second award, a current and ongoing project with the Institute of Executive Coaching, have been awarded Best Use of Social Learning Tools. The award criteria focusedon the use of social learning tools to solve a training challenge and/or to support formal or informal learning and achieve the best result. The Institute of Executive Coaching (IEC) is an Australian based private provider of education in the field of leadership development and executive coaching in the Asia-Pacific region with accreditation by the International Coach Federation.
Headshift worked with IEC to create a series of customised community platforms based on Elgg, an open-source social networking product, that provides each course with a secure online learning environment. The results and improved learning outcomes, combined with participant engagement will be covered in a detailed case study to be published shortly.
Congratulations to both these organisations and their innovative learning strategies, Headshift is proud to have partnered with you to achieve these results!
